Exchange rates applicable to any currency conversion are determined at the time of the transaction and may include a margin. bv777 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of deposits, balances, or withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific Bonus Terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant bonus. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable Bonus Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in applicable Bonus Terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. This means the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered a set number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total eligible bets of PKR 30,000 to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single bet or stake limit applies (as specified in the relevant Bonus Terms, for example PKR 500 per bet). Placing bets in excess of the applicable maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the date of crediting (as specified in the applicable Bonus Terms). Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from your Account without further notice.

The availability of specific games, sports markets, or betting products on the Platform is subject to change without notice. bv777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game category, including cricket betting markets for PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, or other international competitions.
All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules or sports betting rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In cases of technical error, manifest error, or circumstances outside bv777's control, bv777 reserves the right to void or re-settle bets at its discretion.
Odds on the Platform are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Decimal odds represent the total return per unit staked, including the original stake. For example, decimal odds of 2.50 on a PKR 1,000 stake would return PKR 2,500 if successful (comprising PKR 1,500 profit plus the PKR 1,000 original stake).
